Privacy Policy
1. Basic Principles
发送猫默认通过局域网在可信设备之间直接传输内容。公网连接默认关闭；只有在先通过局域网将电脑设为“我的设备”、自行配置有效的 HTTPS 公网地址或反向代理并主动开启后，受支持的内容、设备标识、在线状态和请求元数据才会通过互联网传输。发送猫不提供公网中转或云端存储；你选择的网络服务商可能处理公网 IP 和连接日志。电脑可能在本机队列暂存待发送文件。实时麦克风仍仅通过局域网传输。
SendCat transfers content directly between trusted devices over the local network by default. Public Connection is off by default and requires local pairing, a public HTTPS address or reverse proxy you configure, and explicit enablement. Supported content and connection metadata then travel over the internet. SendCat provides no public relay or cloud storage. Providers you choose may process public IP addresses and logs. Live microphone audio remains local-network only.
2. Google Play Platform Notes
本政策适用于发送猫 Google Play Android 版。Google Play 版不提供应用内账号注册或登录。会员购买、恢复和会员认证以 Google Play 规则及应用内展示为准。为完成会员认证和权益校验，购买或恢复成功后，发送猫会将应用包名、商品 ID、商品类型、Google Play 购买令牌、交易 ID、应用安装实例 ID、App 版本和 Google Play 返回的购买载荷提交至服务端核验。服务端核验通过后会返回签名会员权益凭证，客户端将该凭证保存在本机，用于展示会员状态、权益有效期、剪贴板发送次数统计和恢复购买。发送猫不会获取你的 Google 账号密码，也不会读取与会员认证无关的 Google 账号内容。
This policy applies to the Google Play Android version of SendCat. The Google Play version does not provide in-app account registration or sign-in. Membership purchase, restoration, and membership authentication follow Google Play rules and the in-app display. After a purchase or restoration succeeds, SendCat submits the app package name, product ID, product type, Google Play purchase token, transaction ID, app installation instance ID, app version, and the purchase payload returned by Google Play to our server for verification. After verification, the server returns a signed membership entitlement credential, which the client stores locally to display membership status, entitlement validity, clipboard-send counts, and restored purchases. SendCat does not obtain your Google account password or read Google account content unrelated to membership authentication.
3. Devices, Transfer, And Permissions
为提供设备发现、设备绑定、局域网连接和传输状态展示，我们可能处理设备 ID、设备名称、设备类型、系统版本、客户端版本、设备 IP 地址（当前 Wi-Fi/热点分配的本地 IPv4 地址）、端口、在线状态、配对状态、设备关系、连接质量和错误码。在你同意本政策后，应用会通过系统网络接口，在应用进入前台及网络状态变化时按需读取该设备 IP 地址，用于判断局域网连接状态、发现和连接同一网络内的设备及展示传输状态；该地址仅在本机和当前局域网内处理，不上传至我们的服务器，不用于广告画像。为展示主界面粒子动效，用户同意隐私政策后，发送猫会读取加速度传感器状态；该状态仅在本机用于界面动效，不上传服务器，不用于身份识别或广告画像。剪贴板、截图、图片、视频和文件仅在你主动使用相关功能时处理，不会上传至我们的服务器保存副本。我们不会读取或收集 IMEI、IMSI、SUPI、SUCI、设备 MAC 地址、Wi-Fi SSID、软件安装列表、位置、通讯录、通话记录、日历、短信或本机电话号码；图片、音视频和文件仅在你主动选择、发送、接收、保存或开启同步功能时处理。
To provide device discovery, device binding, local network connection, and transfer status display, SendCat may process device ID, device name, device type, system version, client version, device IP address (the local IPv4 address assigned by the current Wi-Fi or hotspot), port, online status, pairing status, device relationship, connection quality, and error codes. After you consent to this policy, the app uses the system network interface to read the device IP address as needed when the app enters the foreground or the network changes. It is used to determine local-network connectivity, discover and connect devices on the same network, and display transfer status. The address is processed only on your device and within the current local network, is not uploaded to our servers, and is not used for advertising profiles. After you consent to the Privacy Policy, SendCat reads accelerometer state to render the main-screen particle effect. This state is used only locally for the interface effect, is not uploaded to our servers, and is not used for identification or advertising profiles. Clipboard content, screenshots, images, videos, and files are processed only when you actively use related features and are not uploaded to our servers for storage. We do not read or collect IMEI, IMSI, SUPI, SUCI, device MAC address, Wi-Fi SSID, installed-app list, location, contacts, call logs, calendar, SMS, or the phone number of this device. Images, audio, videos, and files are processed only when you actively select, send, receive, save, or enable sync for them.
同意本政策不会开启或预先申请麦克风权限。“把手机用作电脑麦克风”是 VIP 功能。只有在当前 Google Play VIP 权益校验通过，且你对在线并位于“我的设备”中的 Mac 或 Windows 电脑主动点击“连接麦克风”后，发送猫才会通过系统弹窗申请麦克风权限并采集实时音频。非会员点击带锁的麦克风操作时只会看到会员开通提示，不会申请麦克风权限或发起连接。音频使用每次连接独立派生的会话密钥进行 AES-GCM 加密，仅通过当前局域网发送给你选择的电脑，只在内存中实时处理，不保存为录音文件，不上传至我们的服务器，也不用于广告、训练或分析。电脑端不能远程开启手机麦克风。手机麦克风与“发送文本”和剪贴板同步相互独立。只有你在应用可见时主动建立并已进入使用状态的会话，才可在回到桌面、锁屏或使用系统浮窗后通过麦克风前台服务继续；系统会持续显示不可隐藏的运行通知和录音指示，并提供静音或停止入口。来电等音频中断、音频路由或网络丢失、目标离线、权限撤销、系统停止服务或你主动停止时，会话结束；尚未连成或已经结束的会话不会从后台开始或恢复。
Agreeing to this policy does not turn on or pre-request microphone access. Phone-as-computer-microphone is a VIP feature. SendCat requests microphone access and captures live audio only after the current Google Play VIP entitlement is verified and you tap Connect Microphone for an online Mac or Windows computer in My Devices. Free users who tap the locked action see only the upgrade prompt. Audio is AES-GCM encrypted with a per-session key, sent only over the current local network, processed in memory, and is not saved, uploaded to our servers, or used for advertising, training, or analytics. A computer cannot remotely turn on the phone microphone. Only a session you start while the app is visible and that has already become live may continue after you go Home, lock the phone, or use a system floating window through a microphone foreground service. Android keeps an ongoing notification and recording indicator visible with mute or stop controls. An audio interruption, route or network loss, target going offline, permission revocation, the system stopping the service, or your stop action ends the session. A pending or ended session never starts or resumes from the background.
4. Feedback, Bugs, And Diagnostic Logs
只有当你进入客户端反馈入口并点击“发送”，或主动通过邮箱联系我们时，我们才会收到反馈。普通建议包含你填写的内容、设备型号、系统版本和客户端版本；BUG 反馈还会附带发送按钮前明确说明的最近错误码、运行状态、时间、连接状态、功能调用结果和必要诊断日志。连接诊断、配对失败和自动修复只在本机记录，不会静默上传。上述信息仅用于回复、复现、定位和修复本次问题，不用于广告画像。
We receive feedback only when you open the feedback entry and tap Send, or contact us by email. A suggestion contains your text, device model, and system and client versions. A bug report also includes the recent error codes, runtime and connection state, timestamps, feature results, and necessary diagnostic logs described before the Send button. Connection diagnosis, pairing failures, and automatic repairs stay local and are not uploaded silently. Submitted data is used only to respond to, reproduce, locate, and fix the reported issue, not for advertising profiles.
5. Information Types And Purposes
我们仅在实现明确功能、保障设备与传输安全、处理购买、恢复权益或会员认证、排查故障、回复反馈、履行法定义务所必要的范围内处理信息。设备标识、设备名称、系统版本、客户端版本、连接状态、错误码和诊断日志用于设备发现、配对、连接、传输状态展示、异常定位和安全风控；Google Play 购买令牌、交易 ID、商品 ID、商品类型、应用包名、应用安装实例 ID、App 版本、购买载荷、签名会员权益凭证、会员状态和权益有效期用于会员开通、校验、恢复、剪贴板发送次数统计、退款或争议处理；你主动提交的联系方式、问题描述、截图和沟通记录用于客服回复、投诉处理和服务改进。
We process information only as necessary for clear functions, device and transfer security, purchase handling, entitlement restoration, membership authentication, troubleshooting, feedback response, and legal compliance. Device identifiers, device name, system version, client version, connection status, error codes, and diagnostic logs are used for device discovery, pairing, connection, transfer status display, issue diagnosis, and security risk control. Google Play purchase token, transaction ID, product ID, product type, app package name, app installation instance ID, app version, purchase payload, signed membership entitlement credential, membership status, and entitlement validity are used for membership activation, verification, restoration, clipboard-send count, refunds, or dispute handling. Contact details, issue descriptions, screenshots, and communication records you submit are used for support replies, complaint handling, and service improvement.
6. Clipboard, Screenshots, Images, Videos, And Files
发送猫不会在未触发功能时主动读取你的剪贴板、相册或文件。默认走局域网；只有你自行配置并开启公网连接时，受支持的内容才会通过互联网直达指定电脑。内容不上传至发送猫运营的服务器。公网传输的单个文件上限为 10 GiB。“后台在线与接收”默认关闭；只有你在设置中明确开启并授予通知权限后，应用才以前台服务在当前 Wi-Fi 或以太网局域网等待已安全配对的“我的设备”电脑。该状态可自动接收受限文件和文字剪贴板；截图及剪贴板图片仍只在应用前台接收。功能不使用云推送、不申请忽略电池优化，且可能被不同厂商的省电策略停止。
SendCat does not proactively read your clipboard, albums, or files. The local network is used by default; supported content travels over the internet only when you configure and enable Public Connection yourself. Content is not uploaded to SendCat-operated servers. A single public-transfer file is limited to 10 GiB. Background Online & Receiving is off by default. Only after you explicitly enable it and grant notification permission does a foreground service wait on the current Wi-Fi or Ethernet LAN for securely paired computers in My Devices. It can receive bounded files and clipboard text; screenshots and clipboard images remain foreground-only. It uses no cloud push, does not request a battery-optimization exemption, and may still be stopped by a manufacturer's power policy.
7. Permissions
首次运行 Android 端时，发送猫会先明示处理目的、方式和范围；你同意后才会启动相关功能。麦克风权限仅在 VIP 校验通过且你主动连接受支持的在线“我的设备”电脑时申请；已连成的会话使用麦克风前台服务在后台继续，持续显示通知，不会从后台新开或恢复。“后台在线与接收”使用联网、网络状态、Wi-Fi/组播、通知、唤醒锁和 connected-device 前台服务权限，只恢复你此前明确开启的状态；不申请位置、通讯录、全盘存储、无障碍、开机启动或忽略电池优化权限，也不监听开机完成或应用升级广播来自行启动。设备重启或应用升级后，你需要主动打开一次发送猫，已保存的开关才会在应用可见时恢复服务。Android 13+ 使用系统照片选择器或文档选择器，不申请读取全部相册或存储。Google Play 版不声明 APK 安装权限。
On first launch, SendCat explains the processing purpose, method, and scope before starting related features. Microphone access is requested only after VIP verification and your active connection to a supported online computer in My Devices. A live session uses a microphone foreground service to continue in the background with an ongoing notification; it never starts or resumes from the background. Background Online & Receiving relies on network, network-state, Wi-Fi/multicast, notifications, wake lock, and a connected-device foreground service, and restores only a state you previously enabled. SendCat requests no location, contacts, broad storage, accessibility, boot-start, or battery-optimization-exemption permission, and does not listen for boot-completed or package-replaced broadcasts to launch itself. After a device reboot or app update, you must visibly open SendCat once before the saved setting can restore the service. Android 13+ uses the system Photo Picker or document picker instead of full album or storage access. The Google Play build does not declare APK install permission.
8. Third-Party Services
Google Play 及订单核验服务按功能需要处理支付、订阅、退款、会员认证和恢复购买信息。只有当你明确点击发送反馈时，承载反馈接口的服务商才会处理传输该反馈所需的网络信息与提交内容。后台在线不使用 FCM 或其他云推送；发送猫未集成广告或跨应用追踪 SDK，也不会把本机连接诊断作为遥测静默上传。
Google Play and the order-verification service process payment, subscription, refund, membership-authentication, and purchase-restoration data as needed. Only when you explicitly tap Send for feedback does the feedback endpoint provider process the network information and submitted content required to transmit it. Background Online uses no FCM or other cloud push. SendCat integrates no advertising or cross-app tracking SDK and does not silently upload local connection diagnostics as telemetry.
9. Retention, Deletion, And Correction
本地传输记录、设备关系、偏好设置和签名会员权益凭证主要保存在你的设备中。服务器上的购买核验记录、会员认证结果、会员权益、订单状态、使用次数统计、必要安全日志和反馈记录，仅在提供服务、安全风控、问题排查、交易争议和合规要求所必需的期限内保存。你可以在客户端内清理本地历史、移除设备关系、关闭接收或同步开关，或通过应用内反馈入口和邮箱请求说明、更正、删除相关信息。
Local transfer history, device relationships, preferences, and signed membership entitlement credentials are mainly stored on your device. Server-side purchase verification records, membership authentication results, membership entitlements, order status, usage count statistics, necessary security logs, and feedback records are retained only as needed for service delivery, security protection, troubleshooting, transaction disputes, and compliance. You may clear local history, remove device relationships, turn off receiving or sync switches in the client, or request explanation, correction, or deletion through the in-app feedback entry or by email.
10. Security Measures
发送猫通过设备关系、配对密钥、局域网连接校验、AES-GCM 加密、必要的回声过滤、接口校验和访问控制等方式降低误传、未授权接收、内容回流、订单伪造和接口滥用风险。但任何网络传输和系统剪贴板都无法保证绝对安全，请只与可信设备建立关系并在可信网络环境下传输敏感内容。
SendCat uses device relationships, pairing keys, local-network connection checks, AES-GCM encryption, necessary echo filtering, API validation, and access controls to reduce risks of accidental delivery, unauthorized receiving, content loopback, forged orders, and API abuse. No network transfer or system clipboard can be absolutely secure, so please establish relationships only with trusted devices and transfer sensitive content only in trusted network environments.
11. Policy Updates
如本政策发生重大变化，我们会通过网页、应用内页面、版本说明或其他合理方式提示。继续使用相关功能表示你理解并接受更新后的政策；如果你不同意更新内容，可以停止使用受影响的功能或联系我们处理相关数据请求。
If this policy changes materially, we will provide notice through the website, in-app pages, release notes, or other reasonable methods. Continuing to use related features means you understand and accept the updated policy. If you do not agree with the update, you may stop using the affected features or contact us for related data requests.
