SendCat Privacy Policy (Desktop)
一、适用范围和基本原则
本政策仅适用于发送猫 macOS 版和 Windows 版电脑客户端，不适用于 iOS、Google Play Android、国内 Android 或 HarmonyOS 客户端；这些移动端版本各自使用独立的隐私政策。发送猫电脑端是局域网设备互传和手机麦克风接收工具。除非你主动使用相关功能或开启对应开关，发送猫不会处理剪贴板、截图、文件或来自手机的实时麦克风音频。发送猫电脑端不提供广告追踪，不出售个人信息，也不以广告画像为目的处理你的信息。
1. Scope and Basic Principles
This policy applies only to the SendCat macOS and Windows desktop clients. It does not apply to the iOS, Google Play Android, mainland China Android, or HarmonyOS clients, each of which has its own privacy policy. SendCat desktop is a local-network device transfer and phone-microphone receiving tool. Unless you actively use a related feature or enable its switch, SendCat does not process clipboard content, screenshots, files, or live phone-microphone audio. SendCat desktop does not provide ad tracking, sell personal information, or process your information for advertising profiles.
二、本地网络、设备发现和配对
为发现和连接同一局域网内的设备，发送猫会处理设备名称、设备类型、随机设备 ID、设备 IP 地址（当前网络分配的本地 IPv4 地址）、端口、在线状态、配对状态、设备关系和必要连接状态。客户端会通过系统网络接口，在启动及网络状态刷新时按需读取该地址，用于显示设备列表、建立可信设备关系、完成传输和排查连接问题。该地址仅在本机和当前局域网内处理，不上传至我们的服务器，不用于定位或广告画像。
2. Local Network, Device Discovery, and Pairing
To discover and connect devices on the same local network, SendCat processes device name, device type, random device ID, device IP address (the local IPv4 address assigned by the current network), port, online status, pairing status, device relationship, and necessary connection state. The client reads this address from the system network interface as needed at startup or when network state is refreshed, to show the device list, establish trusted-device relationships, complete transfers, and troubleshoot connections. The address is processed only on this computer and the current local network, is not uploaded to our servers, and is not used for location or advertising profiles.
三、剪贴板、截图、图片和文件
当你开启剪贴板发送或接收、主动发送文件或系统截图，或允许接收来自“我的设备”的截图和文件时，发送猫会处理相应内容并在你授权的设备之间传输。接收到的文件会保存到你设置的接收目录。发送猫不会主动扫描你的全部文件，也不会在未触发功能时读取无关目录。发送猫不会将这些内容上传到厦门发送猫科技有限公司服务器用于中转、次数统计、广告、画像或训练。
3. Clipboard, Screenshots, Images, and Files
When you enable clipboard sending or receiving, actively send a file or system screenshot, or allow screenshots and files from My Devices, SendCat processes the relevant content and transfers it between devices you authorize. Received files are saved to the receive folder you configure. SendCat does not scan all files or read unrelated folders when no feature is triggered. It does not upload this content to Xiamen Sending Cat Technology Co., Ltd. servers for relay, usage counts, advertising, profiling, or training.
四、手机实时麦克风音频
“把手机用作电脑麦克风”是移动端 VIP 功能。只有在发起连接的手机端完成该平台的 VIP 权益校验，且你对在线并位于“我的设备”中的 Mac 或 Windows 电脑主动发起“连接麦克风”并授予手机系统麦克风权限后，电脑端才会接收该手机通过当前局域网发送的实时音频。非会员在手机端点击带锁的麦克风操作时只会看到会员开通提示，不会申请权限或向电脑发起连接；电脑端也不能远程开启手机麦克风。实时音频使用每次连接独立派生的会话密钥进行 AES-GCM 加密，只在内存中实时处理；macOS 通过“SendCat Microphone”、Windows 通过“CABLE Output (VB-Audio Virtual Cable)”系统输入设备提供给通话或录音应用，不保存为录音文件，不上传至我们的服务器，也不用于广告、训练或分析。
手机麦克风与“发送文本”和剪贴板同步相互独立：连接、静音或停止麦克风不会发送或粘贴文本，发送文本也不会启动或控制麦克风。Android 或 iOS 上由用户在前台主动建立且已经进入使用状态的会话，可以在系统持续显示麦克风运行通知或录音指示时继续；HarmonyOS 当前只在应用前台使用麦克风。网络或音频路由丢失、目标离线、系统停止服务、强制退出、恢复失败或用户主动停止时，会话结束；尚未连成或已结束的会话不会从后台启动或自行恢复。
4. Live Phone Microphone Audio
Phone-as-computer-microphone is a mobile VIP feature. The desktop receives live phone audio only after the initiating phone verifies its platform-specific VIP entitlement, you explicitly start Connect Microphone for an online Mac or Windows computer in My Devices, and you grant the phone's system microphone permission. Free users who tap the locked microphone action on the phone only see the VIP upgrade prompt; SendCat does not request permission or start a desktop connection. A computer cannot remotely turn on the phone microphone. Live audio is AES-GCM encrypted with a session key independently derived for each connection and processed in memory in real time. It is exposed to calling and recording apps through “SendCat Microphone” on macOS or “CABLE Output (VB-Audio Virtual Cable)” on Windows. It is not saved as a recording, uploaded to our servers, or used for advertising, training, or analytics.
Phone microphone use is independent from Send Text and clipboard sync. On Android or iOS, a session the user starts in the foreground and that is already live may continue while the system keeps a microphone notification or recording indicator visible; the current HarmonyOS implementation uses the microphone only in the foreground. Network or audio-route loss, the target going offline, the system stopping the service, force quit, recovery failure, or the user tapping Stop ends the session. A pending or ended session never starts from the background or resumes by itself.
五、本地保存、历史和诊断
发送猫电脑端可能在本机保存配置、设备 ID、设备名称、设备关系、配对密钥、保存路径、传输状态、本地历史、错误码和诊断日志，用于维持设备关系、恢复设置、展示历史和排查问题。这些信息默认保存在你的电脑本地，只有在你主动导出，或在反馈页面查看说明并点击“发送”后才会提供给开发者；连接诊断和自动修复不会静默上传。
5. Local Storage, History, and Diagnostics
SendCat desktop may locally store settings, device ID, device name, device relationships, pairing keys, save folders, transfer state, local history, error codes, and diagnostic logs to maintain device relationships, restore settings, show history, and troubleshoot issues. This information stays on your computer by default and is provided to the developer only when you actively export it or review the feedback disclosure and click Send. Connection diagnostics and automatic repairs are never silently uploaded.
六、大模型功能和第三方服务
如果你使用电脑端的大模型功能，你自行选择服务商并在本机填写 Base URL、模型名称和 API Key。这些配置仅保存在你的电脑本地，我们不会收集或查看。你发送给模型服务商的文本、指令、上下文和响应由电脑直接与该服务商通信，不经过我们的服务器；其处理方式适用对应服务商的条款和隐私政策。你主动提交反馈时，我们只处理你选择提供的内容、联系方式和必要诊断日志。
6. Model Features and Third-Party Services
If you use a model feature on desktop, you choose the provider and enter the Base URL, model name, and API key on this computer. These settings remain local and are not collected or viewed by us. Text, prompts, context, and responses are exchanged directly between your computer and the provider, without passing through our servers, and are governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy. When you submit feedback, we process only the content, contact details, and necessary diagnostics you choose to provide.
七、系统能力和安装说明
发送猫会按功能需要使用本地网络、防火墙放行、文件系统、剪贴板、截图或辅助功能、开机启动，以及系统麦克风输入组件。macOS 可能在首次安装麦克风组件时请求管理员授权；Windows 正式安装包内置官方 VB-CABLE，用户不需要另行下载驱动。卸载发送猫不会自动删除 VB-CABLE，因为它是其他音频软件也可能使用的 Windows 共享设备。拒绝某项权限或关闭某项开关只会影响依赖它的功能，不影响其他基础功能。
7. System Capabilities and Installation
Depending on the feature, SendCat may rely on local-network and firewall access, the file system, clipboard, screenshot or accessibility capabilities, launch at login, and a system microphone input component. macOS may request administrator authorization the first time the microphone component is installed. The official Windows installer includes VB-CABLE, so users do not download a separate driver. Uninstalling SendCat does not automatically remove VB-CABLE because it is a shared Windows audio device that other audio software may use. Denying a permission or turning off a switch affects only the dependent feature, while other basic features remain available.
八、账号、购买和信息共享
电脑端当前不提供账号登录、内购支付或订阅购买入口，也不会直接收集支付信息。若电脑端参与其他设备的授权或权益校验，可能在本机处理必要的设备标识、配对状态或权益结果。除法律法规要求、保护安全、完成你请求的服务或获得你明确同意外，我们不会向无关第三方提供你的个人信息。
8. Accounts, Purchases, and Sharing
The desktop client currently does not provide account sign-in, in-app payment, or subscription purchase, and does not directly collect payment information. If desktop participates in device authorization or entitlement verification initiated elsewhere, it may locally process necessary device identifiers, pairing state, or entitlement results. Except as required by law, needed to protect security, necessary to provide a service you request, or based on your explicit consent, we do not provide your personal information to unrelated third parties.
九、安全措施
发送猫通过设备关系、配对密钥、局域网连接校验、每次麦克风连接独立派生的会话密钥、AES-GCM 加密、重放校验、接口校验和回声过滤等方式降低误传、窃听、音频注入、未授权接收和内容回流风险。但任何网络传输和系统能力都无法保证绝对安全，请只与可信设备建立“我的设备”关系并在可信网络中使用敏感功能。
9. Security
SendCat uses device relationships, pairing keys, local-network connection checks, per-session keys independently derived for microphone connections, AES-GCM encryption, replay checks, API validation, and echo filtering to reduce risks of misdelivery, eavesdropping, audio injection, unauthorized receiving, and content backflow. No network transfer or system capability is absolutely secure. Establish My Device relationships only with trusted devices and use sensitive features only on trusted networks.
十、你的权利、政策更新和联系
你可以停止麦克风连接、关闭可配对、关闭剪贴板发送或接收、取消设备关系、修改保存路径、删除本地配置或卸载软件。政策发生重大变化时，我们会通过网页、应用内页面或版本说明提示。隐私问题、投诉或数据请求可通过应用内反馈入口或邮箱 gua@sendcat.link 联系厦门发送猫科技有限公司。
10. Your Rights, Updates, and Contact
You may stop a microphone connection, turn off pairability, turn off clipboard sending or receiving, cancel device relationships, change the save folder, delete local settings, or uninstall the software. If this policy changes materially, we will provide notice through the website, in-app pages, or release notes.
