隐私政策
本政策适用于发送猫网站及发送猫客户端相关服务。发送猫是局域网设备互传和跨屏输入工具。我们不会将你的剪贴板内容、文件内容、照片或视频用于广告画像，也不会出售你的个人信息。
This policy applies to the SendCat website and related SendCat client services. SendCat is a local network transfer and cross-device input tool. We do not use your clipboard content, file content, photos, or videos for advertising profiles, and we do not sell your personal information.
一、我们处理的信息
- 账号信息：手机号、验证码验证结果、账号 ID、登录状态、会员状态、设备绑定状态。
- 设备信息：设备 ID、设备名称、设备类型、系统信息、App 版本、局域网 IP、端口、在线状态和设备关系。
- 传输信息：剪贴板文本、截图、图片、视频和文件仅在你主动使用相关功能或开启对应开关时处理。
- 本地记录：传输历史、设备关系、偏好设置、错误码和诊断日志，主要保存在你的设备上。
- Account information: phone number, verification result, account ID, login status, membership status, and device binding status.
- Device information: device ID, device name, device type, system information, app version, local IP address, port, online status, and device relationship.
- Transfer information: clipboard text, screenshots, images, videos, and files are processed only when you actively use the feature or enable the corresponding switch.
- Local records: transfer history, device relationships, preferences, error codes, and diagnostic logs are mainly stored on your device.
二、我们如何使用信息
我们使用必要信息来完成手机号登录、设备发现、设备绑定、会员权益校验、剪贴板发送次数统计、局域网传输、历史展示、故障诊断、客服处理、账号注销和数据删除请求。
We use necessary information to provide phone-number login, device discovery, device binding, membership entitlement verification, clipboard sending count, local network transfer, history display, troubleshooting, customer support, account deletion, and data deletion requests.
三、剪贴板、截图和文件
除非你主动点击读取、发送、接收或开启同步，发送猫不会处理剪贴板、截图、图片或文件内容。相关内容用于完成你请求的设备间传输，不用于广告画像、出售或无关分析。
Unless you actively read, send, receive, or enable sync, SendCat does not process clipboard, screenshot, image, or file content. Such content is used to complete the device-to-device transfer you request and is not used for advertising profiles, sale, or unrelated analytics.
四、权限说明
发送猫可能按功能触发申请本地网络、通知、照片/媒体/文件访问、前台服务、网络访问等权限。如果你拒绝某项权限，不影响使用不依赖该权限的其他功能。
SendCat may request permissions such as local network, notifications, photo/media/file access, foreground service, and network access when a feature requires them. Refusing a permission does not affect features that do not rely on that permission.
五、信息保存与删除
本地传输记录、设备关系和偏好设置主要保存在你的设备中。服务器上的手机号、设备绑定、会员权益、订单状态、剪贴板次数统计和必要安全日志，会在提供账号服务、会员服务、安全风控和争议处理所必需的期限内保存。
Local transfer history, device relationships, and preferences are mainly stored on your device. Phone numbers, device bindings, membership entitlements, order status, clipboard count statistics, and necessary security logs on servers are retained only as needed for account services, membership services, security protection, and dispute handling.
你可以在 App 内退出登录、移除设备、清理本地历史、关闭剪贴板接收或申请注销账号。无法登录但需要处理账号或数据删除时，可以通过邮箱联系我们。
You can sign out, remove devices, clear local history, turn off clipboard receiving, or request account deletion in the app. If you cannot log in but need account or data deletion assistance, contact us by email.
六、第三方服务
为完成验证码发送、支付、订阅、退款、订单校验或客服处理，运营商、短信服务商、实际支付渠道、应用分发渠道或必要技术服务方可能处理相关信息。除法律法规要求、保护账号和服务安全、完成你主动请求的功能或获得你的明确同意外，我们不会向无关第三方提供你的个人信息。
To provide verification codes, payments, subscriptions, refunds, order verification, or customer support, telecom operators, SMS providers, payment channels, app distribution platforms, or necessary technical service providers may process related information. Except as required by law, necessary for account and service security, needed to complete your requested function, or based on your explicit consent, we do not provide your personal information to unrelated third parties.
七、安全措施
发送猫通过设备关系、配对密钥、局域网连接校验、AES-GCM 加密和必要的回声过滤等方式降低误传、未授权接收和内容回流风险。但任何网络传输和系统剪贴板都无法保证绝对安全，请只与可信设备建立关系并传输内容。
SendCat uses device relationships, pairing keys, local network connection checks, AES-GCM encryption, and necessary echo filtering to reduce accidental delivery, unauthorized receiving, and content loopback risks. No network transfer or system clipboard can be absolutely secure, so please establish relationships and transfer content only with trusted devices.
