一、服务范围
发送猫提供同一局域网内的设备发现、设备配对、跨屏输入、文本发送、剪贴板同步、截图/图片同步、文件传输、设备关系管理、历史记录、提示词管理、账号登录和会员状态管理等功能。具体功能以官网、客户端和应用内展示为准。
SendCat provides features such as local network device discovery, device pairing, cross-device input, text sending, clipboard sync, screenshot/image sync, file transfer, device relationship management, history, prompt management, account login, and membership status management. Specific features are subject to the website, client, and in-app display.
二、设备关系和授权
“我的设备”表示你确认属于自己或由你管理的可信设备；“好友设备”表示你允许传输普通文本、图片或文件的设备；陌生设备仅在你主动选择、确认或完成必要配对后才能参与传输。你应确认正在连接和传输的设备属于自己或已取得合法授权。
My Devices means trusted devices that you confirm are owned or managed by you. Friend Devices means devices that you allow to receive ordinary text, images, or files. Unknown devices may participate in transfers only after you actively select, confirm, or complete necessary pairing. You must ensure that connected and transfer-target devices are yours or legally authorized.
三、传输安全
发送猫的剪贴板、图片和文件传输会使用配对密钥进行 AES-GCM 加密，并结合设备 ID、会话 ID、操作类型和分片序号等信息进行校验。加密用于降低局域网误传、窃听和篡改风险，但不能替代你对设备关系、系统权限和网络环境的谨慎判断。
SendCat encrypts clipboard, image, and file transfers with AES-GCM using pairing keys, and validates transfers with device IDs, session IDs, operation types, and chunk sequence information. Encryption helps reduce accidental delivery, eavesdropping, and tampering risks on local networks, but it does not replace your careful judgment about device relationships, system permissions, and network environments.
四、账号和会员
部分功能可能需要手机号登录或会员权益。VIP 权益、设备数量限制、购买记录、续费管理、取消方式和退款规则以应用内说明及实际购买渠道规则为准。不得出租、出借、转售、共享账号，或通过模拟设备、篡改客户端、绕过校验等方式获取权益。
Some features may require phone-number login or membership entitlements. VIP benefits, device limits, purchase records, renewal management, cancellation methods, and refund rules are subject to in-app descriptions and the rules of the actual purchase channel. You may not rent, lend, resell, or share accounts, or obtain entitlements by simulated devices, client tampering, or bypassing verification.
五、内容和行为规范
- 不得使用发送猫传输违法违规、侵权、诈骗、骚扰、恶意代码或侵犯隐私的内容。
- 不得攻击、扫描、干扰局域网设备，或绕过设备授权。
- 不得破解、反编译、篡改客户端、伪造设备、伪造订单、绕过会员或次数限制。
- 不得滥用短信验证码、账号登录、购买恢复或客服通道。
- You may not use SendCat to transfer illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, malicious, or privacy-violating content.
- You may not attack, scan, or interfere with local network devices, or bypass device authorization.
- You may not crack, reverse engineer, tamper with the client, forge devices or orders, or bypass membership or usage limits.
- You may not abuse SMS verification codes, account login, purchase restoration, or support channels.
六、风险提示
剪贴板、截图、图片和文件可能包含账号、验证码、合同、聊天内容、位置、照片或第三方作品。你应只在可信设备之间开启同步和传输，不要向陌生设备发送敏感内容。因系统权限、局域网、防火墙、省电策略、后台限制、存储空间不足或目标设备离线导致的传输失败，发送猫在法律允许范围内不承担超出自身过错的责任。
Clipboard content, screenshots, images, and files may contain accounts, verification codes, contracts, chat content, locations, photos, or third-party works. You should enable sync and transfer only between trusted devices and avoid sending sensitive content to unknown devices. For failures caused by system permissions, local network conditions, firewalls, power-saving policies, background restrictions, insufficient storage, or offline target devices, SendCat is not liable beyond its own fault to the extent permitted by law.
七、条款更新
为改善安全性、兼容性和功能体验，发送猫可能更新应用、协议、会员权益、次数限制或功能范围。重大变更会在合理范围内通过官网、应用内页面、版本说明或其他方式提示。
To improve security, compatibility, and user experience, SendCat may update the app, agreements, membership benefits, usage limits, or feature scope. Material changes may be communicated through the website, in-app pages, release notes, or other reasonable methods.
