本政策适用于发送猫手机和平板客户端。个人信息处理者为厦门发送猫科技有限公司，联系邮箱为 gua@sendcat.link。
This policy applies to the SendCat phone and tablet client. The data controller is Xiamen Sending Cat Technology Co., Ltd. Contact: gua@sendcat.link.
一、基本原则与平台边界
发送猫是以局域网为优先、可由你另行开启公网连接的设备互传和跨屏输入工具，不提供发送猫账号、手机号、微信或 QQ 登录。购买会员时，华为应用内支付服务使用本机华为账号完成商品、购买、订阅管理和恢复；发送猫不会获取你的华为账号密码、通讯录或无关账号内容。发送猫不提供广告追踪，不出售个人信息，也不将传输内容用于广告画像、个性化营销或模型训练。
我们明确不收集的信息：除本政策逐项说明且实现对应功能所必需的信息外，发送猫不会主动收集你的真实姓名、身份证件号码、生物识别信息、精确或大致位置、通讯录、通话记录、日历、短信、本机电话号码、IMEI、IMSI、SUPI、SUCI、设备序列号、设备 MAC 地址、Wi-Fi SSID、已安装应用列表或广告标识符；不会要求你提供手机号或电子邮箱注册账号；也不会直接取得银行卡号、支付密码或完整支付凭据。若你在反馈正文中主动填写联系方式或其他信息，我们只将其用于处理该次反馈。
1. Basic Principles and Platform Boundary
SendCat is a LAN-first device transfer and cross-device input tool with an optional Public Connection you enable separately. It has no SendCat account, phone-number, WeChat, or QQ sign-in. Huawei IAP uses the HUAWEI ID on this device for products, purchase, subscription management, and restoration. SendCat does not obtain your password, contacts, or unrelated account content, provide ad tracking, sell personal information, or use transfer content for advertising, personalized marketing, or model training.
Information we expressly do not collect: Except for information specifically described in this policy and necessary for the corresponding feature, SendCat does not proactively collect your real name, government-issued identification number, biometric information, precise or approximate location, contacts, call logs, calendar, SMS, phone number, IMEI, IMSI, SUPI, SUCI, device serial number, device MAC address, Wi-Fi SSID, installed-app list, or advertising identifier. SendCat does not require a phone number or email address to register an account and does not directly obtain bank card numbers, payment passwords, or full payment credentials. If you voluntarily include contact details or other information in feedback text, we use it only to handle that feedback.
二、设备发现、配对和网络信息
在你同意前，应用初始化会在本机创建并保存应用生成的随机设备 ID，并初始化本地设置；此时不会启动局域网发现或接收监听，不会申请麦克风权限，不会查询华为 IAP，不会提交反馈，也不会通过网络发送该 ID。你同意后，为发现和连接同一局域网内的设备，发送猫会在本机和当前局域网内处理你设置的设备名称、应用生成的随机设备 ID、设备类型、系统和客户端版本、本地 IPv4 地址、网络接口、端口、在线状态、配对状态、设备关系、连接状态、能力和必要错误码。公网连接默认关闭。只有先在局域网将电脑加入“我的设备”，你才能为其保存 HTTPS 公网地址；应用同时保存最近局域网路由元数据、能力和开关状态，配对密钥仍由 HarmonyOS Asset Store 保护且不会写入公网路由设置。公网验证会核对 HTTPS、电脑身份、必要能力、已有关系、配对密钥和加密认证响应，不能远程新增设备关系。
2. Device Discovery, Pairing, and Network Information
Before consent, app initialization creates and stores an app-generated random device ID and initializes local settings on this device. It does not start LAN discovery or receive listeners, request microphone permission, query Huawei IAP, submit feedback, or send the ID over the network. After consent, for local discovery and connection, SendCat processes on the device and current LAN the configured device name, app-generated random device ID, device type, OS and client versions, local IPv4 address, interface, ports, online and pairing state, device relationships, connection state, capabilities, and necessary error codes. Public Connection is off by default. Only after a computer is added to My Devices on the LAN may you save its public HTTPS address. The app also stores last-LAN route metadata, capabilities, and enable state. Pairing keys remain protected by HarmonyOS Asset Store and are never written to public-route settings. Public verification checks HTTPS, computer identity, capability, the existing relationship and pairing key, and an authenticated encrypted response; it cannot add a relationship remotely.
三、文字、剪贴板、照片、视频、文件和文件夹
“接收剪贴板文字”“接收剪贴板图片”和“接收文件”默认开启，对应监听仅在你同意后启动，你可以随时在“设置”中分别关闭。发送猫仅在你主动输入、选择、分享、发送、接收、保存，或让相应接收功能保持开启时处理文字、剪贴板内容、照片、视频、文件或文件夹。通过系统选择器取得的权限仅用于所选项目。优先使用有效的局域网路由；当你明确开启公网连接且局域网不可用时，经过身份验证并使用 AES-GCM 加密的控制消息、文件元数据、分块、进度、取消和删除确认可能经所选 HTTPS 公网中转地址传输，单个文件上限为 10 GiB。地址服务方和网络提供方必然处理 IP、时间、流量大小及加密信封，并可能为完成操作短暂排队保存加密协议数据，但不应取得配对密钥或明文内容。请只使用可信地址。
你选择的公网地址可能由你所在国家或地区以内或以外的运营方提供或托管；如果地址位于境外，连接元数据和加密协议流量可能按你的配置发生跨境传输。发送猫不会替你选择或开启该地址。其存储地点、保留期限和可用性由运营方规则决定，请了解并接受相关规则后再配置。
接收的文件和文件夹保存在应用私有收件箱，直到你导出、分享、删除或卸载应用。传输历史保存在本机；普通记录默认每个方向最多保留 7 天和 100 条，你可以改为 1 天、7 天、30 天或 90 天，以及 10 条、50 条、100 条或 500 条。你主动高亮保留的记录不受普通记录的时间和数量清理限制，直到你取消高亮、删除记录或卸载应用。
3. Text, Clipboard, Photos, Videos, Files, and Folders
Receiving clipboard text, clipboard images, and files is enabled by default. The corresponding listeners start only after consent, and you may disable each option in Settings. SendCat processes text, clipboard content, photos, videos, files, or folders only when you enter, select, share, send, receive, save, or leave the corresponding receiving feature enabled. Picker access applies only to selected items. A fresh LAN route is preferred. When you explicitly enable Public Connection and the LAN is unavailable, authenticated AES-GCM encrypted control messages, file metadata, chunks, progress, cancellation, and deletion acknowledgements may use the selected public HTTPS relay; each file is limited to 10 GiB. The endpoint and network provider necessarily process IP addresses, timing, traffic size, and encrypted envelopes and may transiently queue encrypted protocol data. They should not receive pairing keys or plaintext. Use only an endpoint you trust.
A user-selected public endpoint may be operated or hosted inside or outside your country or region. If it is outside your region, connection metadata and encrypted protocol traffic may be transmitted across borders at your direction. SendCat does not select or enable such an endpoint for you. Its storage location, retention, and availability are governed by its operator; review those rules before configuring it.
Received files and folders remain in the app-private inbox until you export, share, or delete them, or uninstall the app. Transfer history is stored locally. Ordinary records default to a maximum of 7 days and 100 items per direction. You may select 1, 7, 30, or 90 days and 10, 50, 100, or 500 items. Records you explicitly highlight are not removed by the ordinary time or count limits until you remove the highlight, delete the record, or uninstall the app.
四、实时麦克风
同意本政策不会开启或预先申请麦克风权限。“把手机用作电脑麦克风”是 VIP 功能。只有在 VIP 权益校验通过，且你对在线并位于“我的设备”中的 Mac 或 Windows 电脑主动点击“连接麦克风”后，应用才会通过系统弹窗申请麦克风权限。非会员点击带锁入口时只会看到会员开通提示，不会申请权限或发起连接。电脑端不能远程开启手机麦克风。
实时音频使用独立派生的会话密钥和 AES-GCM，仅通过当前局域网发送给所选电脑并在内存中处理，不保存为录音，也不用于广告、训练或分析。仅当会话已经进入“直播”或“对端静音”，且 HarmonyOS 授予带可见提示的连续录音任务时，才可在进入后台后继续；仍在校验、申请权限或连接的会话进入后台时会停止。失去后台许可、同意、设备关系、网络或目标，有限恢复失败或你主动停止都会结束会话；旧回调不能将已结束会话复活。麦克风不使用公网连接。
4. Live Microphone
Agreeing to this policy does not turn on or pre-request microphone access. Phone-as-computer-microphone is a VIP feature. The system permission prompt is shown only after the VIP entitlement is verified and you tap Connect Microphone for an online Mac or Windows computer in My Devices. Free users who tap the locked entry see only the VIP purchase prompt; no permission is requested and no connection is started. A computer cannot remotely turn on the phone microphone.
Live audio uses an independently derived session key and AES-GCM, is sent only over the current LAN to the selected computer, is processed in memory, and is not recorded or used for advertising, training, or analytics. A Live or Remote Muted session may continue in the background only while HarmonyOS admits a visible continuous audio-recording task. A session still checking, requesting permission, or connecting stops on background. Loss of admission, consent, relationship, network or target, failed bounded recovery, or your Stop action ends it; stale callbacks cannot revive it. The microphone does not use Public Connection.
五、权限和后台运行
网络访问与网络信息：用于局域网发现、局域网或已启用的公网连接、传输、检查应用市场更新、华为 IAP、权益核验和你主动提交的反馈。
麦克风：仅在 VIP 校验通过且你主动连接受支持的在线电脑时动态申请。
后台运行：活动收发可申请带可见提示的连续数据传输任务；已经直播的麦克风可申请带可见提示的连续录音任务。发送猫只申请当前工作所需模式并及时释放，HarmonyOS 仍可拒绝或停止。
振动：用于你操作后的触觉反馈。
照片与文件：通过系统选择器或系统分享授权读取你主动选择的项目。首次需要保存接收的照片或视频时，发送猫申请相册写入权限。允许后，后续接收的媒体自动保存，无需逐次确认；文件夹内的媒体还受复制到相册开关控制。你可在系统设置中撤销权限。拒绝或撤销后，接收原件仍保留在应用私有收件箱，待保存任务在权限恢复后继续。此功能不申请读取整个相册的权限。不申请通讯录、通话记录、日历、短信或位置。
5. Permissions and Background Operation
Network access and network information: used for local discovery, local or enabled public connection, transfer, AppGallery updates, Huawei IAP, entitlement verification, and feedback you submit.
Microphone: requested dynamically only after VIP verification and your explicit action for a supported computer.
Background operation: active transfers may request a visible continuous data-transfer task; an already-live microphone may request a visible continuous audio-recording task. SendCat requests only current modes and releases them when no longer needed. HarmonyOS may still reject or stop them.
Vibration: used for haptic feedback after your actions.
Photos and files: system pickers or system share grants provide read access only to items you select. When received photos or videos need saving, SendCat requests Photos write permission once. After you allow it, subsequent received media is saved automatically without per-transfer confirmation; copying media inside received folders also requires the folder-copy setting. You may revoke permission in system Settings. If denied or revoked, received originals remain in the private inbox and pending saves resume after permission is restored. This does not request permission to read your entire photo library. SendCat does not request contacts, call logs, calendar, SMS, or location.
六、华为应用内支付和会员权益核验
本客户端会员仅通过华为 IAP 购买和恢复，不接入微信支付、支付宝或 Google Play Billing。应用会向华为 IAP 查询商品 ID、商品名称、本地化价格、商品类型和当前华为账号下可恢复的购买状态。购买、刷新或恢复时，华为返回的签名购买数据可能包含商品 ID、商品类型、订单号、购买令牌、购买状态、订阅状态、有效期以及完成交易所需的信息。
为防止伪造订单并交付会员权益，发送猫会将签名购买数据、应用生成的设备 ID 和操作类型通过 HTTPS 提交至发送猫会员权益核验服务。该服务及其独立数据库部署在中国大陆（杭州），不与境外或其他客户端会员数据库合并。客户端只在本次核验所需期间将原始购买数据保留在内存，不写入界面状态、传输历史、诊断日志或分析系统。服务端仅在核验购买、续订、取消、退款、恢复、争议处理、安全防护和法定义务所必需的范围及期限内处理订单和权益结果。核验成功后，客户端仅在内存中保存当前会员等级、有效期、商品 ID 和不含支付凭据的核验标识；不会因为客户端本地回调或自行解码购买数据直接授予 VIP。
6. Huawei IAP and Membership Verification
Membership in this client is purchased and restored only through Huawei IAP. This client does not integrate WeChat Pay, Alipay, or Google Play Billing. The app queries Huawei IAP for product IDs, product names, localized prices, product types, and restorable purchase state for the current HUAWEI ID. During purchase, refresh, or restoration, signed purchase data returned by Huawei may include the product ID, product type, order ID, purchase token, purchase state, subscription state, validity, and information needed to finish the transaction.
To prevent forged orders and deliver membership benefits, SendCat submits signed purchase data, the app-generated device ID, and operation type over HTTPS to the SendCat entitlement-verification service. This service and its isolated database are hosted in Hangzhou, mainland China, and are not merged with overseas or other-client membership databases. The client keeps raw purchase data in memory only for the verification operation and does not write it to UI state, transfer history, diagnostics, or analytics. The server processes order and entitlement results only within the scope and period necessary for purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund, restoration, dispute handling, security, and legal obligations. After successful verification, the client keeps only the current plan, validity, product ID, and a non-credential verification identifier in memory. A local callback or locally decoded purchase payload never grants VIP by itself.
七、反馈和诊断信息
当你主动提交建议、投诉或 Bug 时，发送猫会处理你填写的内容，以及设备名称、应用生成的设备 ID、HarmonyOS 版本、App 版本和包名。普通建议不附加诊断日志；只有你选择 Bug 反馈时，才会随请求附加界面明确说明的诊断快照。诊断可能包含本机 IP 和网络接口、设备与 App 版本、权限授权状态、可见设备和关系数量、传输状态与错误码、历史记录数量、功能开关及麦克风连接阶段。诊断不会包含配对密钥、剪贴板正文、传输内容或文件名。反馈通过 HTTPS 发送到位于中国大陆（杭州）的发送猫反馈服务，仅用于问题定位、回复、质量跟踪和争议处理。
7. Feedback and Diagnostics
When you explicitly submit a suggestion, complaint, or bug report, SendCat processes the text you enter together with the device name, app-generated device ID, HarmonyOS version, app version, and bundle name. Ordinary suggestions do not include diagnostic logs. A diagnostic snapshot described by the interface is attached only when you choose Bug Report. Diagnostics may include the local IP and network interface, device and app versions, permission status, counts of visible devices and relationships, transfer state and error codes, history count, feature switches, and microphone connection phase. Diagnostics exclude pairing keys, clipboard text, transfer content, and file names. Feedback is sent over HTTPS to the SendCat feedback service hosted in Hangzhou, mainland China, and used only for troubleshooting, replies, quality tracking, and dispute handling.
八、第三方服务与共享
发送猫使用 HarmonyOS 系统组件完成权限、选择器、剪贴板、Asset Store、带可见提示的连续任务、应用市场更新和导出；使用华为 IAP 完成商品、购买、订阅和恢复。只有在你启用并使用公网连接时，所选公网 HTTPS 地址及其托管或网络提供方才处理必要连接元数据和加密协议流量。我们不会向广告、分析或营销服务提供明文传输内容；除完成你的请求、履行合同或法律义务、保护安全或取得单独同意外，不向无关方提供个人信息。
第三方服务名称：IAP Kit（应用内支付服务）。
提供方：华为终端有限公司及实际向你提供该服务的华为关联公司。
使用场景和调用时机：当你进入会员页面查询商品，或主动购买、刷新会员状态、管理订阅、恢复购买时调用。
涉及的信息和目的：华为为完成支付和订单服务独立处理华为账号标识、商品、订单、支付方式、账单和购买状态等信息；发送猫仅接收和处理交付会员权益所需的商品及签名购买结果，不会取得你的华为账号密码、银行卡号、支付密码或完整支付凭据。

本客户端未集成广告、统计分析、消息推送或手机号、微信、QQ 等第三方登录 SDK。以后如新增会处理个人信息的第三方服务，我们会先更新本政策并在依法需要时另行取得你的同意。
8. Third-Party Services and Sharing
SendCat uses HarmonyOS components for permissions, pickers, clipboard, Asset Store, visible continuous tasks, AppGallery updates, and exports, and Huawei IAP for products, purchase, subscription, and restoration. Only when you enable and use Public Connection do the selected public HTTPS endpoint and its hosting or network providers process necessary connection metadata and encrypted protocol traffic. We do not provide plaintext transfer content to advertising, analytics, or marketing services or share personal information with unrelated parties except to complete your request, meet legal or contractual duties, protect security, or with separate consent.
Third-party service: IAP Kit (In-App Purchases).
Provider: Huawei Device Co., Ltd. and the Huawei affiliate that actually provides the service to you.
Use and timing: called when you enter the membership page to query products or explicitly purchase, refresh membership state, manage a subscription, or restore a purchase.
Information and purpose: Huawei independently processes HUAWEI ID identifiers, product, order, payment-method, billing, and purchase-state information to provide payment and order services. SendCat receives and processes only the product and signed purchase results needed to deliver membership benefits. SendCat does not obtain your HUAWEI ID password, bank card number, payment password, or full payment credentials.

This client does not integrate advertising, analytics, push-notification, phone-number sign-in, WeChat sign-in, QQ sign-in, or similar third-party SDKs. If a future third-party service processes personal information, we will update this policy first and obtain separate consent where required by law.
九、保存、删除和你的权利
设备 ID 和名称、设备关系、配对密钥、本地设置、保存的公网地址、收件箱和历史主要保存在本机。配对密钥由 HarmonyOS Asset Store 保护且不跨设备同步。你可以关闭接收或公网连接、移除公网地址或设备关系、删除历史和收件箱，或在“设置—隐私与协议”撤回同意。撤回后会停止发现、公网轮询、接收监听、正在使用的麦克风和连续任务保活，直到重新同意。
发送猫自营反馈和会员服务的服务端记录与用户自行选择的公网地址相互独立，其保存期限按实现对应目的所需的最短时间确定：反馈和诊断记录保存至问题处理、必要回访和质量跟踪完成；会员核验、权益和订单状态记录保存至会员交付、恢复购买及合理交易争议处理完成；必要安全记录保存至相关异常调查和安全防护目的完成。上述目的完成或信息不再必要时，我们会删除或匿名化处理；法律法规、司法或行政机关、交易争议、安全审计或平台规则要求继续保留的，仅在要求的范围和期限内保存并停止其他处理。你也可以在期限届满前联系我们请求查阅、复制、更正或删除；华为独立保存的华为账号、付款和账单记录应通过华为官方渠道处理。
9. Retention, Deletion, and Your Rights
Device ID and name, relationships, pairing keys, local settings, saved public addresses, inbox, and history are mainly stored locally. Pairing keys are protected by HarmonyOS Asset Store and are not cross-device synced. You may disable receiving or Public Connection, remove a public address or relationship, delete history and inbox content, or withdraw consent under Settings — Privacy & Agreements. Withdrawal stops discovery, public polling, receive listeners, active microphone use, and continuous-task retention until you consent again.
SendCat-controlled feedback and membership records are separate from any user-selected public endpoint and are kept for the shortest period needed for the corresponding purpose. Feedback and diagnostic records are kept until issue handling, necessary follow-up, and quality tracking are complete. Membership-verification, entitlement, and order-state records are kept until membership delivery, purchase restoration, and reasonable transaction-dispute handling are complete. Necessary security records are kept until the related incident investigation and security purpose are complete. When a purpose is complete or the information is no longer necessary, we delete or anonymize it. If laws, judicial or administrative authorities, transaction disputes, security audits, or platform rules require further retention, we keep it only within the required scope and period and stop other processing. You may also contact us before expiry to request access, a copy, correction, or deletion. HUAWEI ID, payment, and billing records independently retained by Huawei must be handled through Huawei's official channels.
十、安全、未成年人和政策更新
发送猫使用设备关系、HarmonyOS Asset Store、配对密钥、独立会话密钥、AES-GCM、重放校验、严格 HTTPS 公网地址、身份与能力核验、输入及响应边界校验等措施。任何系统或地址都无法绝对安全，请只配对可信设备并配置可信公网地址。
发送猫不是专门面向不满十四周岁未成年人的服务。未成年人应在监护人指导下阅读和使用；如发现未经适当同意处理未成年人个人信息，请联系我们。发生重大政策变更时，我们会通过应用内页面、网页、版本说明或其他合理方式提示；需要重新同意时，在你同意前不会启动受影响的数据处理。
10. Security, Children, and Policy Updates
SendCat uses relationships, HarmonyOS Asset Store, pairing keys, independently derived session keys, AES-GCM, replay checks, strict public HTTPS endpoints, identity and capability verification, and bounded inputs and responses. No system or endpoint is absolutely secure. Pair only trusted devices and configure only an endpoint you trust.
SendCat is not directed specifically to children under 14. Minors should read and use it with guidance from a guardian. Contact us if you believe a child's personal information has been processed without appropriate consent. We will notify you of material policy changes through an in-app page, website, release notes, or another reasonable method. If renewed consent is required, affected processing will not start before you agree.
