SendCat Terms of Use
一、合法和授权使用
只能在你拥有、管理或已获合法授权的设备和内容上使用发送猫。发送前请核对接收设备，不要向陌生或不可信设备发送账号、验证码、合同、聊天内容、照片、位置或其他敏感信息。你应遵守适用法律、平台规则、网络安全要求和第三方权利。
1. Lawful and Authorized Use
Use SendCat only with devices and content you own, manage, or are legally authorized to access. Check recipients before sending. Do not send account details, verification codes, contracts, chats, photos, location, or other sensitive information to unknown or untrusted devices. Follow applicable law, platform rules, network security requirements, and third-party rights.
二、禁止内容和行为
不得传输违法、侵权、欺诈、骚扰、恶意、破坏系统安全或侵犯隐私的内容；不得攻击、扫描或干扰局域网设备、公网地址或网络，不得绕过设备授权、伪造身份、路由或协议消息、破解或篡改客户端、伪造购买数据、规避会员或每日次数限制、滥用恢复购买、退款、反馈或客服通道，或使用自动化手段影响其他用户和服务安全。
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Do not transfer illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, malicious, system-damaging, or privacy-invasive content. Do not attack, scan, or interfere with LAN devices, public endpoints, or networks; bypass authorization; forge identity, route, or protocol messages; crack or tamper with the client; forge purchase data; evade limits; abuse restoration, refunds, feedback, or support; or use harmful automation.
三、设备和账号安全
请妥善保护华为账号、系统锁屏凭据、已配对设备和本机数据。本客户端不提供发送猫账号登录；华为账号仅由华为 IAP 用于购买、订阅管理和恢复。不要共享华为账号凭据或允许他人冒用你的设备购买。发现设备丢失、关系异常或疑似未授权传输时，请及时移除设备关系、关闭接收功能并检查华为账号和订阅状态。
3. Device and Account Security
Protect your HUAWEI ID, device lock credentials, paired devices, and local data. This client does not provide SendCat account sign-in. HUAWEI ID is used by Huawei IAP only for purchase, subscription management, and restoration. Do not share HUAWEI ID credentials or allow others to purchase through your device. If a device is lost or you notice an abnormal relationship or suspected unauthorized transfer, remove the relationship, disable receiving, and review your HUAWEI ID and subscription state.
四、传输和内容责任
你对主动发送、接收、保存、分享或交给第三方应用处理的内容负责。局域网或公网传输加密可降低窃听和篡改风险，但不能消除误选设备、错误授权、不可信网络或公网地址、系统漏洞及接收方后续使用内容的风险。公网连接默认关闭，只能配置给已在局域网加入“我的设备”的电脑；请只使用可信 HTTPS 地址。重要内容请自行保留独立备份。
4. Transfer and Content Responsibility
You are responsible for content you send, receive, save, share, or provide to another app. LAN or public-transfer encryption reduces eavesdropping and tampering risks but cannot eliminate wrong recipients, mistaken authorization, untrusted networks or public endpoints, system vulnerabilities, or a recipient's later use. Public Connection is off by default and may be configured only for a computer already added to My Devices on the LAN. Use only a trusted HTTPS endpoint and keep independent backups.
五、会员和平台服务
本客户端 VIP 的购买、自动续费、取消、恢复和退款同时适用会员服务协议、华为 IAP 商品页、华为支付确认和华为官方规则。会员权益只在服务端核验购买状态后交付。网络条件、操作系统限制、版本不兼容、华为服务不可用或权益核验延迟可能中断传输或购买；遇到处理中状态时，请勿反复扣款，可稍后恢复购买或联系客服。
5. Membership and Platform Services
VIP purchase in this client, auto-renewal, cancellation, restoration, and refund are also governed by the Membership Agreement, Huawei IAP product page, Huawei payment confirmation, and Huawei's official rules. Benefits are delivered only after server verification of purchase state. Network conditions, operating-system limits, incompatible versions, unavailable Huawei services, or verification delay may interrupt transfer or purchase. If an order is pending, do not repeatedly purchase it; restore later or contact support.
