SendCat User Agreement
本协议适用于发送猫手机和平板客户端。使用前请同时阅读隐私政策；购买 VIP 前还应阅读会员服务协议、使用条款和华为支付确认页。
This agreement applies to the SendCat phone and tablet client. Also read the Privacy Policy before use. Before purchasing VIP, read the Membership Agreement, Terms of Use, and Huawei payment confirmation.
一、服务范围
发送猫提供局域网设备发现、可信配对、局域网及可选公网传输、文字和剪贴板传输、照片/视频/文件/文件夹传输、收件箱与历史、设备关系管理、将手机用作 Mac 或 Windows 电脑麦克风、华为 IAP 会员、反馈和支持。实际可用性取决于设备、系统、权限、网络、对端版本、公网地址、华为服务及应用内说明。
1. Service Scope
SendCat provides LAN discovery, trusted pairing, LAN and optional public transfer, text and clipboard transfer, photo/video/file/folder transfer, inbox and history, relationship management, phone-as-computer-microphone, Huawei IAP membership, feedback, and support. Availability depends on device, system, permission, network, peer version, public endpoint, Huawei services, and the in-app description.
二、登录与平台边界
本客户端不提供发送猫账号注册或登录，也不提供手机号验证码、微信或 QQ 登录。局域网设备关系通过应用生成的随机设备 ID、设备名称和配对密钥建立，不代表创建了云端账号。购买或恢复会员时，华为 IAP 使用本机当前登录的华为账号完成支付和查询；这不等同于使用华为账号登录发送猫。发送猫不会获取你的华为账号密码或与购买无关的账号内容。
2. Sign-In and Platform Boundary
This client does not provide SendCat account registration or sign-in, phone verification, WeChat sign-in, or QQ sign-in. Local device relationships use an app-generated random device ID, device name, and pairing keys and do not create a cloud account. Huawei IAP uses the HUAWEI ID currently signed in on the device for payment and restoration. This is not HUAWEI ID sign-in to SendCat. SendCat does not obtain your HUAWEI ID password or account content unrelated to the purchase.
三、设备关系和你的责任
“我的设备”是你确认由本人拥有或管理的可信设备；“好友设备”可互传普通内容。只有先在局域网将电脑加入“我的设备”，才可为其配置公网连接。公网连接默认关闭并复用已有关系和配对密钥；输入 HTTPS 地址不会创建关系，也不会授权陌生设备。发送前请核对对象，并及时移除不再可信的设备或公网地址。
3. Device Relationships and Your Responsibility
My Devices are devices you confirm you own or manage; Friend Devices may exchange ordinary content. Only after a computer is added to My Devices on the LAN may you configure Public Connection. It is off by default and reuses the existing relationship and key. Entering an HTTPS address does not create a relationship or authorize an unknown device. Check recipients and remove devices or addresses you no longer trust.
四、传输、本地保存和麦克风
受支持的传输使用设备关系、配对密钥、会话信息、重放保护和 AES-GCM。优先使用有效局域网路由；当你明确开启公网连接且局域网不可用时，加密控制消息和传输数据可能经过所选 HTTPS 公网中转地址，单个文件上限为 10 GiB。地址服务方或网络提供方可观察必要连接元数据和加密流量，但不应获得明文或配对密钥。接收内容和历史主要保存在本机；删除历史不一定删除收件箱实际文件。
“把手机用作电脑麦克风”仅在 VIP 校验通过、你主动选择“我的设备”中受支持的电脑并授予权限后开始，且不使用公网连接。电脑不能远程开启。音频实时加密且不保存为录音。仅当会话已进入“直播”或“对端静音”，且 HarmonyOS 授予带可见提示的连续录音任务时，才可在后台继续；仍在校验、申请权限或连接的会话进入后台时会停止。失去后台许可、关系、网络或目标，恢复失败或你主动停止都会结束，延迟回调不能自行重启。
4. Transfer, Local Storage, and Microphone
Supported transfers use relationships, pairing keys, session data, replay protection, and AES-GCM. A fresh LAN route is preferred. When you explicitly enable Public Connection and LAN is unavailable, encrypted control and transfer data may use the selected public HTTPS relay; each file is limited to 10 GiB. Endpoint or network providers may observe necessary metadata and encrypted traffic but should not receive plaintext or pairing keys. Content and history are mainly local; deleting history may not delete the inbox file.
Phone-as-computer-microphone starts only after VIP verification, your explicit selection of a supported computer in My Devices, and permission, and it does not use Public Connection. A computer cannot remotely start it. Audio is encrypted and not recorded. A Live or Remote Muted session may continue in the background only while HarmonyOS admits a visible continuous audio-recording task. Checking, permission, or connecting phases stop on background. Loss of admission, relationship, network or target, failed recovery, or your Stop action ends it; delayed callbacks cannot restart it.
五、会员和华为应用内支付
非会员按本地自然日每天最多发送剪贴板内容 20 次，且不能发起手机麦克风连接。有效的 VIP 可不限次数发送剪贴板并使用应用内明确标注的其他 VIP 功能。月度、季度和年度 VIP 为通过华为 IAP 购买的自动续期订阅；永久 VIP 为一次性非消耗型商品。商品名称、本地化价格、周期、优惠、税费、续订状态和最终金额以华为支付确认页为准。
本客户端会员不需要登录发送猫账号，但购买和恢复依赖本机当前华为账号及华为 IAP。会员必须经过发送猫权益服务对华为签名购买数据的服务端核验；仅凭客户端回调或本地解码数据不会开通 VIP。通过华为 IAP 购买的会员与国内 Android、Google Play、Apple 应用内购买、Windows、macOS 或其他渠道会员相互独立，不互通、不合并有效期，也不能跨平台恢复。订阅管理、取消自动续费和退款按应用内入口、华为官方页面及适用规则处理。
5. Membership and Huawei IAP
Free users may send clipboard content up to 20 times per local calendar day and cannot start a phone microphone connection. An active VIP membership may send clipboard content without that limit and use other features explicitly marked VIP in the app. Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly VIP are auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Huawei IAP. Lifetime VIP is a one-time non-consumable product. Product name, localized price, period, offer, tax, renewal state, and final amount shown by Huawei at confirmation take precedence.
Membership in this client does not require a SendCat account, but purchase and restoration depend on the current HUAWEI ID and Huawei IAP. Huawei signed purchase data must be verified by the SendCat entitlement service. A client callback or locally decoded payload alone never grants VIP. Membership purchased through Huawei IAP is independent from mainland China Android, Google Play, Apple In-App Purchase, Windows, macOS, and other channels. Entitlements and validity periods do not carry over or merge, and purchases cannot be restored across platforms. Subscription management, auto-renewal cancellation, and refunds follow the in-app entry, Huawei's official pages, and applicable rules.
六、禁止行为
不得利用发送猫传输违法、侵权、欺诈、骚扰、恶意、破坏系统安全或侵犯他人隐私的内容；不得攻击、扫描、干扰或绕过未获授权的设备和网络；不得破解、反编译、篡改或模拟客户端，伪造购买数据、绕过会员或每日次数限制、滥用恢复购买、退款、反馈或客服通道，或共享华为账号凭据获取他人权益。
6. Prohibited Conduct
Do not use SendCat to transfer illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, malicious, system-damaging, or privacy-invasive content. Do not attack, scan, interfere with, or bypass unauthorized devices or networks. Do not crack, reverse engineer, tamper with, or simulate the client; forge purchase data; bypass membership or daily limits; abuse restoration, refunds, feedback, or support; or share HUAWEI ID credentials to obtain another person's benefits.
七、可用性和风险
网络中断、存储空间不足、系统权限或后台限制、音频中断、版本不兼容、华为账号或 IAP 服务不可用、权益核验延迟等情况可能导致传输、麦克风或购买操作中断。我们会持续改进可靠性，但不保证所有路由器、设备、系统版本和网络环境下始终不中断。重要内容请自行保留独立备份。
7. Availability and Risk
Network interruption, insufficient storage, system permission or background limits, audio interruption, incompatible versions, unavailable HUAWEI ID or IAP services, or entitlement-verification delay may interrupt transfer, microphone, or purchase operations. We work to improve reliability but cannot promise uninterrupted operation on every router, device, system version, or network. Keep independent backups of important content.
八、协议变更和联系
因功能、安全、兼容、法律或平台规则变化，本协议可能更新。重大变更会通过应用内页面、网页、版本说明或其他合理方式提示。继续使用受影响功能前，请阅读更新内容；需要重新同意时，以你重新确认后的版本为准。问题、投诉或建议可通过应用内反馈入口或邮箱 gua@sendcat.link 联系厦门发送猫科技有限公司。
8. Changes and Contact
This agreement may change because of product, security, compatibility, legal, or platform requirements. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app page, website, release notes, or another reasonable method. Review updates before continuing to use affected features. Where renewed agreement is required, the version you confirm again applies.
